Another one bites the dust! Filejungle has now closed their affiliate program... if you try to view your stts it throws up an error about something.

Damn that makes FileJungle almost the biggest scam out there! Looks like no more pay to upload! We are going to be sharing because you want to share, not make money. Maybe this will knock out some of the crappier sites and bring the quality of content up.

I have sad regret to inform you guys that the Filesonic affiliate program is dead... Yes it is sad but Filesonic collapsed with the recent Megaupload arrests. Notice the new Filesonic site....

I can only image what some people had in their account balance. Filesonic was known for paying well and some people made thousands with Filesonic, they did allow you to sell premium accounts or a pay per download mix. Good pay per sale. But not anymore. Filesonic, is dead as we know it.

I just can't believe that Filesonic is gone.. well not gone gone but hey shut down and I bet hey stole everybody's money too! If you guys lost some money in your Filesonic account, and you feel like voicing your opinion and you can tell us how much they took, etc. Right now my account looks fucked.

I know some of you may be in shock.. it feels like a weird paranoia is spreading around the file hosting and file sharing. Are we letting  this happen in front of our eyes? Are we just going to sit back while the US (our own) country sticks it to us? What about other countries? Are they going to allow the United States have jurisdiction anywhere? I hope not but I think we now live in a police state,... the world tha is.

FIlesonic closing their affiliate program is  probably not a good sign. Some of you might have to find a real job ... I'm glad I just got paid out about a week ago, so I only lost like a dime again. But i know some of you have made a lot with filesonic, and now, Filesonic Is Closed!

Oh I take it back, you can store your files there for only you to access them,? Is this their new business model? Let us know what you think please I don't know what to make of all this.

Uploaded.to (ul.to) and it's servers are currently disabled to people in the United States. After the FBI's controversial sweep of Megaupload and it's owners, UL.to aka uploaded.to is unavailable to users in the US.

To be honest I can't really blame them.. Look at what just happened. I wouldn't want American users to visit my site anytime soon either. When the US Government and law enforcement cross international borders, nobody wants to mess with America and it's Nazi

Just a quick update guys, as you all know the owners of Megaupload have been indicted by the FBI and the United States, but Just a few hours ago, Fileserve pulled its affiliate program. Thats right Fileserve affiliate program is gone! Some users report all their files are gone, while others earnings are missing.

No more Fileserve money

Actually they removed the whole earnings tab. At a webmaster forum, Wjunction.com, Fileserve uploaders were complaining that Fileserve didn't pay out their money before they shut down.

Thats right, if you had money in your fileserve account, it's gone forever! Some uploaders reported losing hundreds of dollars, while myself, I only lost about 1 dollar.

Just goes to show that you can never trust a filehost, not even fileserve, because if they get in hot water they will steal your money from your account and close the affiliate program. They didn't even post anything to users at all (probably because they are paranoid with the recent Megaupload bust)

Did you lose any money from fileserve? If you did post it here or your opinions. The least fileserve could of done is warn their users, or at least attempt a payout so uploaders can receive their money.

What is in the future for file hosting and uploading for money? Only time will tell!

Megaupload is gone. Owners are in jail and a federal indictment has been served. A copy of the indictment is at the bottom of this post, you can download or view it in your browser.

It is a shame that the US government can do whatever they want.. but if you read the indictment, the owners of Megaupload were so stupid. Several parts of the indictment say instances where the owners of Megaupload were uploading copyright content themselves.. and not removing every DCMA complaint.
