If you need some visitors to your website (or warez ddl forum, ect), I have found a great service called TrafficG. You can go there by clicking here (new window).
It works like this. You sign into your account, and you surf other peoples with a trafficg bar across the top of the page. There is a 20 second timer and when it gets to 0 you can click on the word or letters that it tells you to. So there will three words like apple, duck, table, and then it will tell you which one to click on and you click it goes to the next page. For every site you visit, you get .9 credits. For every 1 credit you have, you receive one visitor to your page.
They also have it set up to automatically assign credits, to however many pages you want. It doesn't take up much bandwidth and you can just have it open in a tab in the background. For example, while writing this much of this article I've already recieved 7.7 credits. So sometime today my site will get 7 unique visitors.
I know that it's not the highest quality traffic, but if your website or warez blog is brand new it helps to have some steady uniques coming in, until you get your SEO (search engine optimization) going where you can receive organic traffic from there.
