Mulve, a new music sharing application which was introduced just weeks ago, is now offline for good. In our other post about mulve, we commented about how the servers were down, but then they were back up again and all was good. Today I visited the homepage, http://www.mulve.com, and there was a blank page with a few half ass paragraphs. For everybody who said it is too good to be true, you are right!

If you didn't already know, Mulve is a music sharing program where users can connect to mulve and download mp3s straight from a russian server. No sharing, no seeding, this is way better than limewire, this is Mulve! But now they've shut down mulve for good, but take a look at this post

Exit Mulve, Enter The Pirate App!

Here is the note posted on the (former) Mulve.com homepage:
"

What's Mulve?

Err. Following severe legal issues, we have decided to take the website/application offline for good.
We have received too much unneeded attention, and in order to be able to continue living our lives we do not want to fight this.
We ask you not to create any clones which are credited to us (chances are you'll probably forget about us shortly, anyway and move onto something else).

This project obviously snowballed out of control, so we would like to personally apologize to all those who were directly affected.

Nonetheless, it is amazing knowing how many people are willing to and have been supporting us, we thank you all greatly.

Best Regards,
D.E

Figures! Why even introduce an application such as mulve and get the hype going behind it if you are just going to fold within the first month of service! People behind these applications and ideas should put a little bit of research into them and be prepared for what is obviously ahead for them. Legal pressure to cease and desist.

I understand that the legal problems by starting a file sharing/downloading/leeching application are great, but knowingly introducing a program of this nature and then backing out a month later is nonsense. Sissy foo la la. I had an idea that it was too sweet to be true, and it was. So everybody, you can officially remove mulve from your computer and never worry about running the program again.

To the makers of mulve, nice try, better luck next time. We need some people with enough balls to take a risk for awhile to have any program of file sharing/downloading. For people left out in the cold, try Gygan for finding your files. Now obviously Gygan doesn't have a music selection even close to that of Mulve, but I can say Gygan has been running smoothly for several months, and I've taken advantage of many gigabytes of downloading since I first installed Gygan.

Other than that, stick to your private trackers for your best luck. The newest tracker for music I can think of is http://libble.me. I haven't used Libble very much, but it seems to have a decent selection of stuff on there.

Or if you are up to it, email me at tyyymyshoe@filehostingdirectory.com and maybe (if your not a cop, and can prove you know the do's and don'ts) i'll give you an invite to Demonoid, or TorrentLeech, two very good private trackers. Of course I would save this for people I think deserve it, have common sense, and would be a good addition to a private torrent tracker community.

Mulve is Dead!

There is a new way to download music you guys have to check out. The program is called Mulve. It is a leech-only program where you can search for songs on a centralized database. You have no risky "shared" folder, you do not share your music with anyone, completely 100% leech only!

Mulve is completely safe and free to use. 100% clear of spyware/malware or viruses. All songs are downloaded from a server offshore somewhere. I have Used it several times, and it downloads the songs very fast and tons and tons of search results.

Mulve Downling Music

As you can see, tons of search results and very fast downloads.
Tons of search results and very fast downloads. No registration and no installation.

You simply unzip the mule.zip and run the .exe. Here is a download link where you can get it now.
